Health and safety is at the core of all operations at Paneless. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of health and safety awareness with fully trained and certified staff, the correct PPE equipment and continual review and update of risk assessments and method statements.

Paneless operate sophisticated in-house systems tailored to meet operatives’ and clients’ needs; is approved under the National Britannia Safecontractor Scheme and is independently monitored by 4 See Risk Management Ltd to ensure compliance at all times to latest HSE legislation. Paneless is a member of the Federation of Window Cleaners and International Powered Access Federation.

All tasks carried out by Paneless will have a risk assessment and method statement prepared and issued to the operative and client, which is reviewed every 12 months, and all work equipment is tested and documented regularly e.g. PAT testing, harness and lanyard inspections, ladder inspections, LOLER inspections.

The Paneless workforce is comprised of highly skilled and professional individuals. With a pro-active approach to on-going training both internally and externally, it is our key priority to ensure that all operatives will have received, where applicable:

  • IOSH Window Cleaning
  • IOSH Working Safely
  • First Aid training
  • IPAF training
  • PASMA (scaffold towers and podium steps)
  • IRATA Levels 1,2,3
